What are your opening hours?

  • We are open Monday through Saturday from 1 PM to 6 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Do you also ship internationally?

  • Yes, definitely! Shipping is possible to countries inside and outside the EU.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

  • Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated during checkout. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days. For other locations, delivery times vary from 2 days to 2 weeks. During busy periods and special promotions, this may take longer than expected. You will automatically receive a track & trace email once your package has been shipped.
  • If you need your order quickly, we recommend picking it up in the store at Spui 23.

Do you also ship to the United States?

  • Due to new regulations in the United States, it is temporarily not possible to send orders to the United States.

Can I return my order?

  • Yes, this is possible within 14 days after purchase or within 14 days after the date of signing for online orders. If you return the order by mail, the costs are at your own expense. Returns in the store are free of charge. Please make sure you can show your online purchase receipt. After processing your return, your money will be refunded to your account within 2-3 business days. You will always receive a confirmation email of the refund.

Didn’t receive a confirmation?

  • Send an email to merchandise@uva.nl for questions about your pick-up orders. If you have not received a confirmation email, it may be in your spam folder. Occasionally, an email may not arrive. In that case, you can pick up your order by identifying yourself in the store with your ID.

Do you offer student discounts?

  • We offer a 20% student discount in the store at Spui 23 upon presentation of your UvA Student Card. For staff, this is 10% upon presentation of your UvA Staff Card. This discount does not apply to the webshop.
