What are your opening hours?

We are open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 to 18:00. We are closed on Monday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Do you also ship internationally?

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are calculated at checkout. Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium usually takes 2 to 4 days. For other locations, delivery times range from 2 days to 2 weeks. During busy periods and special promotions, delivery may take longer than expected. You will automatically receive tracking information by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
Need your order quickly? We recommend picking up your order at the store at Roetersstraat 17.

Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of the date on the receipt for online orders. If you return the order by post, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns in the store are free of charge. Please make sure you can show your online receipt. Once your return has been processed, your money will be back in your account within 2–3 business days. You will always receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Didn't receive a confirmation?

Email merchandise@uva.nl with questions about your pickup orders. If you have not received a confirmation email, it may be in your spam folder. Very occasionally, an email may not arrive. In that case, you can collect your order by identifying yourself in the store with your ID.

Do you offer a student discount?

We offer a 20% student discount in the store at Roetersstraat 17 upon presentation of your UvA student ID. For employees, the discount is 10% upon presentation of your UvA employee ID. This discount does not apply to the webshop.
