I came to Amsterdam in 2022 to study economics and business economics at the University of Amsterdam. Along the way, with a lot of trial and error, I started Bottino's Brigadeiro (brigadeiro shop) where I carry my family recipe with me and can provide something that most people have never tried before. We can say that brigadeiro is the most traditional sweet in Brazil, with a soft texture, truffle shape and unique flavor. Using my family recipe as a base, I developed other recipes to make the flavor even more special. Our goal is to offer the best possible experience and transmit happiness through chocolate.
